Please find below information we hope you will find useful when applying and/or enrolling at Hillview Sixth Form.

Sixth Form Agreements

In Hillview Sixth Form, we use Arbor as our Management Information System.  This manages all student information including personal details, timetables, reporting and more.  Arbor is an online system which enables parents and students to input the majority of applicant information directly into their account.

If you are a new applicant to Hillview Sixth Form you will be sent a separate email requesting that you set up your Arbor account, if you already attend Hillview School for Girls, please ensure your details are correct and up to date via the app/web portal.

A photocopy or scan of new applicant’s Birth Certificate plus any SEN reports or documents is required for enrolment at Hillview Sixth Form. (Please do not send in the original documents.) It is a legal requirement that we see evidence of a student’s date of birth. These can be emailed to molel@hillview.kent.sch.uk or provided to the Sixth Form Team on enrolment day, or passed to reception at anytime.  

Turquoise Buttons with a ‘*’ are only to be completed and returned if necessary.
