Support and guidance
We nurture a sense of belonging with a caring pastoral structure that ensures all students receive exceptional support, advice and guidance. We do all we can to ensure that students settle quickly into the Sixth Form. Every sixth former is allocated to a mentor group and has an hour’s timetabled mentor time each week. The mentor is the focus for pastoral support and students also access dedicated weekly sixth form assemblies.
Enrichment
The enrichment programme at Hillview aims to contribute to students’ wider knowledge, skills development and personal growth. All students can elect to complete the Extended Project or the Performing Arts based Gold Arts Award as well as having the opportunity to take part in wider enrichment programmes and extra-curricular options.
