On 23rd & 24th April, over 100 Year 9 and 10 Hillview students completed a highly successful Bronze DofE Expedition Assessment. The weather was kind to them and they successfully navigated around the Groombridge area, with a camp out at Adamswell Scout Campsite. The weekend was relatively incident free, aside from the usual trips, navigational errors and the flip-flop that ended up in the stream at the campsite! Most of the students took part in a Year 9 vs Year 10 game of rounders, which was only stopped by the lack of light.
