All students are encouraged to seek challenging jobs and professions which are in line with their interests and lifestyle aspirations. They are encouraged to do voluntary work or work experience to help their decision-making or find a few hours paid employment, which allows them to maintain a healthy work/study balance.
In the Sixth Form support is available to help them find relevant work experience which will enhance applications. One week of school time is also set aside for work experience at the end of their first sixth form year.
