Most Hillview sixth formers opt for university and they are offered detailed advice, information and guidance on the application process in Year 12 and at the start of Year 13. This begins with choosing the right university and course for them, and includes finance, budgeting, social life, job prospects and much more.
The pros and cons of gap years and options for using them productively are discussed. Mentors and subject provide focused support with personal statements and every application is reviewed by the Head of Sixth Form before it is sent.
